Common questions

How quickly can you get to me?
Inside the M25 we usually arrive within 30 to 60 minutes. We'll give you a realistic time when you call, and text you if anything changes.
I don't know my tyre size. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Give us your number plate and we look it up. Or read the tyre wall — it looks like 205/55 R16.
Should I wait in the car?
On a quiet street, yes. On a motorway or fast road, get out on the side away from traffic and stand behind the barrier. Keep your hazard lights on.
How do I pay?
After the job — by card on the fitter's machine, by cash, or by a payment link sent to your phone. Never before.
Can every puncture be repaired?
Only if the hole is in the middle of the tread and smaller than 6 mm. If it can't be repaired safely, we'll tell you and quote a new tyre — you're never charged for a repair we can't do.
